??? Health & Safety Month is underway at Sonnedix At Sonnedix, health and safety isn’t just a priority, it’s a core value that underscores everything we do. This week, we’re launching a global initiative to reinforce our commitment to health and safety. Throughout the month, we’ll be rolling out a range of impactful activities: ?? Around 80 team members will gain internationally recognised safety certifications, with training already in progress across countries. ?? We’re launching our Life-Saving Commitments and reinforcing the Power to Stop, empowering everyone at Sonnedix to take action when something doesn’t feel right. ?? A cross-functional group of 50 leaders will lead a baselining exercise and company-wide survey to better understand how safety is experienced across our business. ?? We’re hosting safety observation and design competitions, site safety walks, and local engagement events, designed to make safety a shared and visible part of our daily work. ?? Sessions on psychological safety will ensure every team member feels empowered to speak up. This month is about more than awareness, it’s about building trust, shaping behaviour, and fostering a culture where safety is part of who we are.
